Dr. Baker has expertise in a variety of clinical areas including: anxiety, depression, eating disorders, weight management, sexuality, trauma, relationship issues, LGBTQ+ struggles, neurodivergence, and Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD).
Currently, Dr. Baker is receiving intensive training to become a qualified disability advocate and is utilizing his clinical experience to work towards improving the lives of individuals affected by a disability.
Dr. Baker believes that every individual has the potential to lead a fulfilling and meaningful life and strives to empower every client to overcome challenges and achieve their goals through a collaborative and strengths-based approach.

Dr. Baker has been practicing Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) since 1986 as well as many forms of stress management (including biofeedback, hypnosis, breathing techniques, progressive muscle relaxation, and several forms of meditation including Transcendental Meditation (TM) certification in 1996, as well as movement based techniques to manage stress.
